I highly recommend Mold Test KC.George Pearson5 years agoI hired Mold Test KC when selling a house that a less reputable company was trying to extort thousands of dollars to do a bunch of damage-causing testing behind walls and you would not have believed it. Tearing up walls and leaving behind residue all over the house. Luckily I found Mike Devine with Mold Test KC who came in and tested for a very reasonable price and did a great job addressing the issues. I would without reservation recommend him and his company to anybody and I am very hard to please so that means something. Fair and reasonable and did a great job.Abigail Logan6 years agoWe cannot thank Mike enough for everything he has helped us with during our mold issue. We found crazy amounts of black mold in our basement on a holiday weekend and he promptly came out to our home within 24 hours to sample the mold so we could get the issue fix promptly. He’s walked with us each step of the way bringing so much advice until we received our all-clear test. Very very nice easy to deal with I am so glad I called and not some other company I will use them again on our other properties and our commercial buildings that we have very knowledgeable and on time

I called him because I suspected my garage had mold. He inspected my entire house and gave me several options to solve my problems. He explained every one and answered all of my questions. In the end we settled on one plan and determined what it would cost. There were some options we settled on that later Mike determined I didn't need so we modified the plan and he lowered the price. I had already committed to paying in full so I was pleasantly surprised by this. He also works quickly and is flexible with your schedule. I couldn't have asked for more.
